The implementation of the project “Diversification and optimization of business through the construction and equipping of production and business halls” is underway

Reta d.o.o. is in August 2016. started with the implementation of the project “Diversification and optimization of business through the construction and equipping of production and business halls.” The project is co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund under the Operational Program Competitiveness and Cohesion 2014. – 2020.

The project consists of the following elements of investment:

  1. Construction of a new production and business hall;
  2. Equipping the new production and business hall with modern production technology and storage equipment;
  3. Implementation of modern ICT solutions for 3D drawing and processing in the production process;
  4. Training of company employees to work on new production technologies;
  5. Promoting new products of the company through participation in the international fair;
  6. Advertising and visibility;
  7. Project management and administration;

Objectives and expected results of the project

The project purpouse is to increase the competitiveness of Reta d.o.o. through the expansion of total capacities, technological optimization of production and education and training of employees to work on new machines.

General project goal is to increase the competitiveness of Reta d.o.o. creating preconditions for its sustainable growth and development.

Successful implementation of the project will enable the achievement of the following results:

R1 New production, business and storage capacities of the company provided and preconditions created for the beginning of independent production of wire products
R2 Provided production and storage infrastructure for the production of wire products by introducing the best available technologies
R3 Strengthened capacities of employees by acquiring knowledge and skills for independent management of new technologies (machinery, equipment, ICT)
R4 Public informed about the implementation of the project with emphasis on the EU contribution to project co-financingR5 Increased visibility of the company in international markets
R5 Increased visibility of the company in international markets

The implementation of the project will create the necessary preconditions for sustainable global competitiveness of the company and business expansion, and will affect the creation of 21 new jobs and improve the position of target groups and end users of the project – employees, management and customers.

The project was co-financed by the European Union from the European Regional Development Fund.
